WALLINKSYSTEMS

Website design for equipment rental & sales.

Availability, rates, and a reservation — without three phone calls.

Every rental call is the same three questions: do you have it, what does it cost, and can I pick it up Saturday. A website answers all three at once, or the yard down the road does it for you.

Wallink Systems builds custom-coded websites — never templates — plus the branding and print that go around them. Every build is hand-made for the business it belongs to, and every one is owned outright by the person who paid for it.

Built around how a rental yard actually runs.

01A real catalogue with day, week and month ratesPriced and specced, so nobody has to call you to discover you're outside their budget — and so those machine names are on pages a search engine can read.
02Reservations and deposits onlineHold the machine and take the deposit, instead of losing a Saturday morning rental to a voicemail nobody heard until Monday.
03Delivery, pickup, and what it costsRadius, fees, and lead time. It is the detail that decides whether a contractor rents from you or drives twenty minutes further.
04Requirements stated before they arriveDeposit, ID, insurance, licence class, and how the fuel policy works — so the counter is not where the surprise happens.

Real businesses. Live sites. Go and use them.

Every one of these is a real business running on a site we built: online ordering, a bilingual quote flow, a full priced menu. The standard is the same whatever the trade — click through and judge it yourself.

Know the number before you commit.

Three packages, starting at a $250 one-time build plus $99/mo. Half the build fee to start, the balance at launch — and you own the site, the code, and your data outright from day one. Pause any time for $50/mo.

  • Starter$99/mo+ $250 one-time buildEverything a small business needs to look professional and get found.
  • Complete$250/mo+ $400 one-time buildFor businesses taking orders, bookings, or payments online.

Service fees may be applied. Anything added is itemised on your invoice, never folded into the plan price — see the FAQ for the amount on each package.

Common questions.

01Can customers check availability before they call?

Often yes — many rental management systems expose a feed we can pull from. Tell us which one you run and we'll confirm what's possible before quoting it. Where there's no feed, we build date-based reservation requests that reach you instantly instead.

02Can I take a deposit when someone reserves?

Yes, through a PCI-compliant processor. Deposits are what make a reservation real, and they cut the no-shows that leave a machine sitting idle all day.

03Can I sell used equipment on the same site?

Yes, as its own section with its own listings. Retiring a machine to a buyer who already rents from you is the easiest sale in the yard, and most sites never put it in front of them.

04How much does a website cost?

Three packages: Starter is a $250 one-time initiation plus $99/mo, Growth is $325 plus $175/mo, and Complete is $400 plus $250/mo. Half the initiation is due to start and the balance at launch. You own the site outright from day one — no buyout, no lock-in. If business is seasonal you can pause any time for $50/mo and we'll hold everything until you're ready.

05How long does it take?

About a week from the point we have your content — photos, text, logo, and your menu or service list. The build is the fast part; what sets the pace is how quickly we get what we need from you.

06Do I own the website?

Completely. You own the site, the code, your domain, and your data outright. There is no lock-in — if you ever leave, everything is transferred to you within 30 days.

07What if my industry isn't listed?

It doesn't matter. We build for every kind of business, and the work is the same standard regardless of trade. These pages exist so you can see we understand your world — not to limit who we work with. Get in touch and tell us what you do.

Let’s build something that outlasts the competition.
