Accessibility Statement
Effective July 2, 2026
Wallink Systems is committed to ensuring that our website at wallinksystems.com (the “Site”) is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe every visitor deserves a clear, usable experience, and we work to make our Site as inclusive as we reasonably can. Building accessible websites is also core to the work we do for our clients.
Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines are the internationally recognized standard for accessible web content and the benchmark generally referenced in connection with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We also strive to follow the applicable requirements of the ADA and other relevant accessibility laws.
Measures we take
To support accessibility, the Site is built with practices that include:
- Semantic, well-structured HTML so content is meaningful to assistive technologies such as screen readers;
- Keyboard navigability, with interactive elements reachable and operable without a mouse and visible focus indicators;
- Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images;
- Sufficient color contrast between text and background;
- Responsive, resizable layouts that support browser zoom and text resizing;
- Descriptive links, labels, and headings, and forms with associated labels and clear error messaging.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines define requirements at three levels — A, AA, and AAA. This Site is designed to be substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, meaning it meets the majority of those requirements. We assess accessibility using a combination of automated tools and manual review, including keyboard and screen-reader checks, as part of building and maintaining the Site.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time task. We review accessibility as part of building and maintaining the Site and work to address issues as they are identified. As content, features, and standards evolve, we continue to make reasonable improvements. This statement reflects a good-faith, reasonable effort toward accessibility and is not a warranty that the Site meets every accessibility requirement at all times.
Known limitations & third-party content
Despite our best efforts, some parts of the Site may not yet be fully accessible, and portions provided by third parties may be outside our direct control and may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We work to choose accessible services where possible and to provide accessible alternatives where practical. The Site is designed to be compatible with current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies; keeping your software up to date gives the best experience.
We welcome your feedback
If you encounter any accessibility barrier on the Site, or need information in an alternative format, please tell us — your feedback helps us improve. If possible, include the page address (URL), a description of the issue, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. Email us at [email protected]. We aim to respond promptly and to resolve valid issues as quickly as is reasonably possible, and we’re glad to help you directly with anything on the Site in the meantime.
