WALLINKSYSTEMS

Website design for barbers & salons.

Your chair, your bookings, your client list.

Booking apps charge per appointment and own the client relationship. On your own site you keep both — and the client books with you, not with a marketplace showing them your competitors.

Wallink Systems builds custom-coded websites — never templates — plus the branding and print that go around them. Every build is hand-made for the business it belongs to, and every one is owned outright by the person who paid for it.

Built around how a shop actually runs.

01Booking by barber or stylistRegulars book their person. New clients see who is actually free.
02Your own client listThe contact details belong to you, not to a platform you rent access to.
03Deposits to kill no-showsA small deposit at booking, and the empty chair problem largely goes away.
04A gallery that sells the workFades, colour, extensions — the portfolio is the sales pitch in this trade.

Real businesses. Live sites. Go and use them.

Every one of these is a real business running on a site we built: online ordering, a bilingual quote flow, a full priced menu. The standard is the same whatever the trade — click through and judge it yourself.

Know the number before you commit.

Three packages, starting at a $250 one-time build plus $99/mo. Half the build fee to start, the balance at launch — and you own the site, the code, and your data outright from day one. Pause any time for $50/mo.

  • Starter$99/mo+ $250 one-time buildEverything a small business needs to look professional and get found.
  • Complete$250/mo+ $400 one-time buildFor businesses taking orders, bookings, or payments online.

Service fees may be applied. Anything added is itemised on your invoice, never folded into the plan price — see the FAQ for the amount on each package.

Common questions.

01Can each barber have their own schedule?

Yes. Every chair can have its own availability, services, and pricing, and clients book the specific person they want.

02Is this cheaper than a booking app?

Usually, once you're doing steady volume — the apps charge per booking or per month forever, while your own site is a fixed cost. We'll do the honest maths with you against your actual numbers rather than guess.

03How much does a website cost?

Three packages: Starter is a $250 one-time initiation plus $99/mo, Growth is $325 plus $175/mo, and Complete is $400 plus $250/mo. Half the initiation is due to start and the balance at launch. You own the site outright from day one — no buyout, no lock-in. If business is seasonal you can pause any time for $50/mo and we'll hold everything until you're ready.

04How long does it take?

About a week from the point we have your content — photos, text, logo, and your menu or service list. The build is the fast part; what sets the pace is how quickly we get what we need from you.

05Do I own the website?

Completely. You own the site, the code, your domain, and your data outright. There is no lock-in — if you ever leave, everything is transferred to you within 30 days.

06What if my industry isn't listed?

It doesn't matter. We build for every kind of business, and the work is the same standard regardless of trade. These pages exist so you can see we understand your world — not to limit who we work with. Get in touch and tell us what you do.

Let’s build something that outlasts the competition.
