WALLINKSYSTEMS

Website design for dental & medical practices.

New patients decide before they ever call. Make that decision easy.

Patients choose a practice on three things: is it near me, do they take my insurance, and can I get in soon. Most practice websites answer none of them without scrolling.

Wallink Systems builds custom-coded websites — never templates — plus the branding and print that go around them. Every build is hand-made for the business it belongs to, and every one is owned outright by the person who paid for it.

Built around how a practice actually runs.

01Appointment requests that collect the minimumEnough to get someone booked and nothing more. Restraint here is a feature, not a shortcut — see the question about records below.
02Insurance and payment, stated plainlyThe question that decides whether a new patient calls at all, answered where they can see it without hunting.
03New-patient forms filled in beforehandA shorter wait, a better first impression, and a front desk that isn't transcribing handwriting.
04Each service as its own pageImplants, orthodontics, emergency visits, pediatrics. Separate searches by separate people, which is exactly why they need separate pages.

Real businesses. Live sites. Go and use them.

Every one of these is a real business running on a site we built: online ordering, a bilingual quote flow, a full priced menu. The standard is the same whatever the trade — click through and judge it yourself.

Know the number before you commit.

Three packages, starting at a $250 one-time build plus $99/mo. Half the build fee to start, the balance at launch — and you own the site, the code, and your data outright from day one. Pause any time for $50/mo.

  • Starter$99/mo+ $250 one-time buildEverything a small business needs to look professional and get found.
  • Complete$250/mo+ $400 one-time buildFor businesses taking orders, bookings, or payments online.

Service fees may be applied. Anything added is itemised on your invoice, never folded into the plan price — see the FAQ for the amount on each package.

Common questions.

01How is patient information handled?

Everything is sent over HTTPS, stored behind row-level access controls, and kept to the minimum a request actually needs. A website appointment request is deliberately not a medical record — if your practice needs anything that touches protected health information, that requires a HIPAA-covered arrangement including a Business Associate Agreement, and we will tell you plainly what that takes rather than quietly crossing the line.

02Can patients request an appointment without creating an account?

Yes, and they should be able to. Forcing a login on a first visit loses a meaningful share of new patients before they ever reach you.

03Can I show which providers are accepting new patients?

Yes. Each provider gets a profile, and availability can be shown per provider so nobody requests an appointment with a panel that's already closed.

04How much does a website cost?

Three packages: Starter is a $250 one-time initiation plus $99/mo, Growth is $325 plus $175/mo, and Complete is $400 plus $250/mo. Half the initiation is due to start and the balance at launch. You own the site outright from day one — no buyout, no lock-in. If business is seasonal you can pause any time for $50/mo and we'll hold everything until you're ready.

05How long does it take?

About a week from the point we have your content — photos, text, logo, and your menu or service list. The build is the fast part; what sets the pace is how quickly we get what we need from you.

06Do I own the website?

Completely. You own the site, the code, your domain, and your data outright. There is no lock-in — if you ever leave, everything is transferred to you within 30 days.

07What if my industry isn't listed?

It doesn't matter. We build for every kind of business, and the work is the same standard regardless of trade. These pages exist so you can see we understand your world — not to limit who we work with. Get in touch and tell us what you do.

Let’s build something that outlasts the competition.
